HOW TO USE
Steps to start voodoo flossing therapy with floss band.
- Wrap the floss band at about 50% tension, with few inches above and below the area to be treated.
- Tuck the end of the band into the wrapped band.
- Move that limb through a range of appropriate motion exercises, with total movement time within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- Upon completion of the exercise, remove the wrap to allow for increased blood flow to that joint.
- Avoid wrapping the band too tight, as the constant compression can reduce blood flow to your limbs.
- Make sure the wrap doesn’t cause any numbness or tingling, avoid keep it for longer than 1–2 minutes.
- Consult a physical therapist, athletic trainer or doctor to make sure floss therapy and floss band is appropriate for your type of pain or injury.
