Job Functions
Admin/HR Assistant should assist Admin/HR Manager in handling day to day activities of office administration, human resource/personnel, shipping/logistic, purchasing & account.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques, assess training needs & coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees, manage HR issues & personal remuneration on overtime calculation and handling employees’ grievances.
 - Co-ordinates with operations & arrange shipments delivery on time, and ensures shipping documentations timely dispatch to customers and Finance.
 - Assist in issuance of purchase order and follow-up on materials deliveries.
 - Prepare accounting documents & records, and clerical support to the accounting department.
 
Job Requirements
- Degree/diploma or 1-2 years experiences in related discipline.
 - Proficient in computer applications such as Excel and Word.
 - Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay & English.
 - Knowledge in HR, Incoterms, accounting and payroll system is an advantage.
 - Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
 
Department: QA
Job Functions
QA Assistant should assists Quality Manager in;
- Ensure ongoing management and continual improvement of the Quality System.
 - Implement quality control plans and programs effectively.
 - Handling all quality assurance related issues; review and update documents, ensure QC inspection & test records are completely implemented, handling customer complaints and investigation, organize QA internal trainings and plant inspections.
 - Provide QA support to Admin/Purchasing Department to ensure existing and new material suppliers meet quality requirements and Pest Control programs are properly implemented in the plant.
 - Provide assistance in operations’ improvement projects to ensure compliance to products quality requirements.
 - Ensure Production/Maintenance equipment calibration and verification program is maintained and up to date.
 - Participate in R&D team and provide QA support to new product development projects,
 - Perform any other tasks, roles or projects that may be assigned by the Quality Manager from time to time.
 
Job Requirements
